Congressman Chris Smith today spoke at the Subcommittee on International Organizations, Human Rights and Oversight's congressional hearing on "Concerns Regarding Possible Collusion in Northern Ireland: Police and Paramilitary Groups."

    The Congressman is a senior member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and a longtime leader on human rights issues in Congress.
